Canaccord Genuity WM Expands Canadian Operation

 has hired Stanley Asset Management to its Canadian wealth management business.

Based in Vancouver, the Stanley Asset Management team has more than 80 years of combined investment industry experience to deliver strategies to families, institutions, municipalities and corporate entities.

Graham Stanley, senior vice president and portfolio manager, has more than two decades of experience. He is the lead portfolio manager for Stanley Asset Management. He joins Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management in Canada with a team of five professionals. 

"The team will benefit from the extensive resources available across our organization and our strong culture of entrepreneurialism and independence, which supports investment advisors as they deliver the value proposition that best suits their clients," said Stuart Raftus, president of Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management in Canada.

This publication reported in February that Canaccord Genuity had hired investment advisory team Cash Management Group to its Canadian wealth management division. In March, the firm also hired has hired the MLD Wealth Management Group to its Canadian wealth management operation.

Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management has investment advisors and professionals in Canada, the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Australia.
